FoodMind is a personal cooking app built by Neil Muir. This policy covers what data the app collects and how it is used.
The app stores the cooks you log, any recipe text or photos you submit, and the notes you attach to them. If you sign up for email updates on this page, we store your email address.
Your cooking data is used solely to build your personal wiki and provide the app experience. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train third-party models. Recipe photos are processed by an AI pipeline to extract concepts; extracted text is stored in your personal index.
The app uses Apple's App Store and TestFlight for distribution. The backend runs on Fly.io infrastructure in the EU. Email signups are stored in our own database.
To delete your data or your account, email neil@foodmind.kitchen. We will remove it within 30 days.
