Hagelslag

Method

Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy. Whilst still warm, spread the butter generously over both slices, allowing it to melt into the bread. Immediately sprinkle the hagelslag over the buttered toast, pressing down gently so the sprinkles adhere to the melted butter. Serve immediately whilst the toast is warm and the chocolate sprinkles are slightly softened.
