Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the bratwurst sausages for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. In a separate saucepan, combine the ketchup, curry powder, worcestershire sauce, honey, and cayenne pepper over medium heat, stirring well and warming through for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is smooth and fragrant. Season the curry sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Slice the cooked sausages diagonally into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a serving plate. Pour the warm curry sauce generously over the sausages and serve immediately, traditionally with crispy chips or fried potatoes on the side.
