Heat the olive oil in a wide earthenware dish or shallow frying pan over a medium heat until shimmering. Add the sliced garlic and chilli, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not coloured. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the prawns, seasoning generously with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the prawns turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from the heat, add the lemon juice and fresh parsley, and stir gently. Serve immediately in the same dish with crusty bread to soak up the garlic-infused oil.
