Chop the tomatoes into bite-sized chunks and dice the cucumber into similar pieces. Slice the red onion thinly and roughly chop the black olives. Cube the feta cheese and place all vegetables with the olives in a large bowl. Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper, then pour over the salad and toss gently to combine. Let the salad rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to meld.
