Combine minced beef and pork in a large bowl with the finely chopped onion, garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt, and fresh parsley. Add the egg and breadcrumbs, then mix gently with your hands until just combined without overworking the mixture. Divide into 12 equal portions and shape each into a small sausage approximately 8cm long and 2cm thick, tapering slightly at the ends. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the cevapcici for 12-15 minutes, turning frequently until golden brown on all sides and cooked through. Serve immediately whilst hot with grilled onions, ajvar, and warm flatbread.
