Divide the shaved ice between two tall glasses, packing it down gently. Layer the drained red beans, roasted peanuts, and corn kernels over the ice in each glass. Pour the palm sugar syrup evenly over the toppings, allowing it to seep through to the base. Drizzle the evaporated milk and condensed milk over the top of each serving in a thin stream for a marbled effect. Add pandan flavouring if using for authentic colouring and aroma. Stir well before consuming to mix all the flavours and textures together.
