Overnight protein oats with blueberries

Method

Combine rolled oats, Greek yoghurt, whey protein powder, whole milk, honey and cinnamon in a mason jar or airtight container, stirring well to ensure the protein powder is fully dissolved. Fold in half the blueberries gently, then cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours. In the morning, stir the mixture and add a splash more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency. Top with remaining fresh blueberries and serve chilled, or warm gently in the microwave for 60–90 seconds if preferred.
