Mix lean lamb mince with rolled oats, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt and pepper until just combined, then form into 16 balls. Spray a baking tray lightly with olive oil and place meatballs on it, then bake at 200°C for 18-20 minutes until cooked through. Meanwhile, prepare tzatziki by combining Greek yoghurt with grated cucumber (squeezed dry), lemon juice, dill and seasoning to taste. Serve the warm meatballs with chilled tzatziki for dipping, alongside salad or brown rice if desired.
