Mix harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, honey, salt, pepper and coriander seeds in a bowl to form a marinade. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator. Heat an oven-safe frying pan over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden. Transfer the pan to a preheated 190°C oven and bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 75°C. Rest for 5 minutes before serving with couscous, roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
