Place chicken breasts in your slow cooker. Combine stock, passata, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and salt in a bowl, then pour over the chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken shreds easily with two forks. Remove chicken and shred using two forks, then return to the slow cooker and stir in honey. Cook for a further 15 minutes to warm through. Season to taste and serve with brown rice, sweet potatoes or salad for a complete meal.
