Method

Mix the peanut butter, honey, and protein powder together in a bowl until well combined. Stir in the rolled oats, chocolate chips, desiccated coconut, and sea salt. Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes to firm up slightly. Roll the mixture into 12 equal balls using your hands, then place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving, and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
