Method

Arrange shredded lettuce into the base of two chilled cocktail glasses or bowls. Toss the prawns with half the Marie Rose sauce and Tabasco, then divide between the glasses, piling neatly on top of the lettuce. Spoon the remaining sauce over the prawns. Halve the cherry tomatoes and scatter over the top, then season with sea salt and black pepper. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each serving and serve immediately with brown bread or crackers on the side.
