In a large bowl, combine the minced lamb with chopped onion, coriander, parsley, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, cumin, coriander, black pepper and salt, mixing thoroughly. Add the egg and breadcrumbs to bind the mixture together. Shape the mixture into long cylindrical kebabs around skewers or simply into patties. Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat until shimmering. Fry the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve immediately whilst still warm with flatbread, chopped tomatoes, onions and tzatziki sauce.
