Make the dough by combining flour, eggs, oil, warm water and salt, then knead until smooth and elastic; cover and rest for 30 minutes. Peel and grate the apples, mix with cinnamon and sugar, then drain excess liquid. Combine the plum jam with ground walnuts, raisins and breadcrumbs. On a floured cloth, stretch the rested dough as thin as possible until nearly transparent. Layer the filling in four sections across the dough: apples, then jam mixture, then apples again, then jam mixture, brush each layer lightly with melted butter. Roll up the dough tightly using the cloth, then coil it into a spiral and place in a buttered baking tin. Brush the top with remaining melted butter and bake at 180C for 45-50 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly, dust with icing sugar and serve warm or at room temperature.
