Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter a large baking dish. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, pepper and cinnamon until well combined. Stir in the soured cream and cottage cheese, then fold in the cooked noodles and raisins until evenly distributed. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, smooth the top, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and dot with small pieces of butter. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and set but still slightly creamy in the centre. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving warm as a side dish.
