Heat oil in a large pan or wok over a medium-high heat. Add onions and fry until golden, then stir in garlic, ginger and green chillies, cooking for 1 minute. Add the ground meat and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste and all the spices, cooking for 1 minute to release their flavours. Add the chopped tomatoes and water, then simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Stir in the frozen peas and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until heated through. Season to taste with salt and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
