Heat sesame oil in a large, shallow stone bowl or heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat. Cut the spam and frankfurters into thick slices and fry briefly until lightly browned, then remove and set aside. In the same pot, sauté the minced garlic and sliced onion until fragrant. Add the gochujang and gochugaru, stirring well to coat the aromatics. Pour in the beef stock and bring to a boil, then add soy sauce and sugar. Return the spam and sausages to the pot, then add the kimchi, tofu cubes, and Chinese cabbage, simmering for 5 minutes. Break the ramen noodles and add them along with the baked beans, cooking until the noodles are tender, approximately 3-4 minutes. Top with sliced spring onions and serve immediately in the communal pot, with each diner helping themselves.
