Method

Peel the mango and roughly chop the flesh, discarding the stone. Add the mango pieces to a blender along with the yoghurt, milk, honey, cardamom, and rose water. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add the ice cubes and blend again until well combined. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately, optionally garnished with a pinch of cardamom or a mango slice.
