Season the beef steaks generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a heavy-bottomed frying pan over high heat and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side until medium-rare, then set aside to rest. Meanwhile, fry the bacon until crisp and cook the eggs sunny-side up in the same pan. Lightly toast the bread rolls and spread the bottom halves generously with mayonnaise. Layer each sandwich with lettuce, tomato, the rested beef steak, bacon, ham, fried egg, and cheese. Top with olives and the remaining bread half. Serve immediately, cut diagonally if desired, accompanied by a napkin as this is a gloriously messy sandwich.
