Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the sausages for 12-15 minutes until golden, turning occasionally, then set aside. Fry the bacon rashers for 3-4 minutes until crispy, remove and keep warm. In the same pan, fry the potato bread slices for 2-3 minutes per side until golden, then set aside. Add the black pudding slices and fry for 2 minutes each side, then remove. Fry the mushrooms and tomato halves for 3-4 minutes until soft, pushing to the pan edges. Finally, fry the eggs to your preference, 2-3 minutes for runny yolks. Arrange all components on warm plates, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
