Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the sausages for 12-15 minutes until golden and cooked through, turning occasionally. Add the bacon rashers and cook for 3-4 minutes each side until crispy. Push sausages and bacon to one side, add mushrooms gill-side down and tomatoes to the pan, cooking for 4-5 minutes until tender. Heat baked beans gently in a separate saucepan. Add butter to the frying pan and crack in the eggs, frying until cooked to your preference, about 3-4 minutes for runny yolks. Arrange all components on warm plates, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately with the warm baked beans.
