Heat 100g butter in a large pan over medium heat and toast the flour, stirring constantly for 8-10 minutes until golden and nutty. Cook the dates with water until softened into a paste, then stir in orange blossom water and cinnamon. Form the toasted flour into a dome shape on a serving plate, creating a well in the centre, then fill with the date mixture. Warm the remaining 50g butter with honey and pour over the top. Serve warm, traditionally eating by pinching portions of the flour paste with your fingers, mixing it with the date filling as you go.
