Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and mash whilst warm until completely smooth. Finely mince the red chilli peppers and whisk them with the lime juice, olive oil and salt to create the causa base, then fold this gradually into the mashed potatoes until you achieve a pale yellow, creamy consistency. Press the mixture firmly into a lined loaf tin and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. For the filling, combine the crab meat with mayonnaise, finely chopped coriander, diced red onion and seasoning. Unmould the causa onto a serving platter and slice into portions, then top each with the crab mixture. Garnish with sliced hard-boiled eggs, black olives and halved cherry tomatoes before serving chilled.
