Arrange the hummus, baba ganoush, muhammara and tzatziki in small bowls or spooned directly onto a large sharing platter, creating an attractive presentation. Place the warm dolma, crumbled feta, and olives around the dips, then scatter the roasted chickpeas and almonds between them. Arrange the fresh vegetables (tomato, cucumber, radishes and spring onions) artfully around the platter for colour and freshness. Warm the pita bread and cut into triangles, positioning them alongside the dips. Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil over the hummus and baba ganoush, then finish with a sprinkle of sumac and Aleppo pepper for authentic Anatolian seasoning. Serve immediately while the bread is still warm, encouraging guests to assemble their own bites with the vegetables and bread.
