Baked beans on toast

Method

Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy, then butter each slice generously whilst still warm. Pour the canned baked beans into a saucepan and heat over a medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 3-4 minutes until warmed through. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Arrange the buttered toast on serving plates and spoon the hot baked beans evenly over each slice. Serve immediately whilst the toast is still warm and the beans are piping hot.
